- Heat Acclimation: The heated environment plays a critical role in Bikram Yoga. Expect to sweat and, over time, find increased flexibility and stamina.
- Guided Practice: Each class is led by our experienced instructors, Ava and Ali, who will guide you through the postures with attention to form and breath.
- Progress at Your Pace: While Bikram Yoga can be challenging, it’s also deeply rewarding. We encourage listening to your body and progressing at your own pace.
Meet Our Instructors
- Ava brings over a decade of yoga teaching experience to her classes, with a background in mindfulness and meditation. Her certifications in Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, combined with her love for Bikram Yoga, make her classes both enriching and accessible to all levels.
- Ali combines her expertise in Ashtanga and Restorative Yoga with a deep understanding of anatomy, gained from her background in sports science. A 500-hour RYT certified instructor, Ali offers a unique approach that balances physical challenge with relaxation, perfect for the Bikram Yoga environment.
How to Sign Up
Joining our Bikram Yoga classes is easy:
- Visit Our Website: Find our schedule and select the Bikram Yoga class that fits your routine.
- Create an Account: Register on our platform to manage your bookings and track your progress.
- Choose Your Package: Whether you’re looking for a single class, a bundle, or unlimited access, we have options to suit your needs.
- Prepare for Class: Bring a yoga mat, large towel, water bottle, and an open mind. Arrive 15 minutes early to acclimate to the heat.
Before You Begin
- Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water throughout the day before your class.
- Eat Light: Have a light meal 2-3 hours before class to ensure comfort.
- Dress Appropriately: Opt for breathable, lightweight clothing.
