Meet Ali: Certified Yoga Instructor

Specializing in Ashtanga and Restorative yoga, she combines her extensive background in sports science with a profound spiritual depth, offering classes that cater to both the body and soul. Ali’s teaching is grounded in her 500-hour RYT certification, ensuring that each class is both a physical challenge and a deep dive into relaxation.
